We're sorry you're having to call us out but as you are a GlowPlus customer you are our priority and we have made it super simple to let us know you need our help. Our lovely claims team will schedule you a priority appointment to get you the help you need.

We'll send an engineer

A local, qualified and experienced engineer will send you a text when he's on his way to resolve your issues.

Step Three
That's it!

Done! The cost of your repair is covered by us.

If you are contacting us out of office hours, you can expect a call back within 60 minutes. All out of hours appointments will be reviewed and triaged based on the nature of the call out and individual circumstances.
