Our Cancellation Policy

The GlowPlus policy is a written contract which will begin on the start date specified in the Services Agreements and will continue for a minimum term of 12 months from that date.

The customer has a right to cancel this contract within 14 days. Notice of cancellation should be in writing to:

or email admin@the-glow-group.co.uk within 14 calendar days from the start date on the Services Agreement.

If the customer wishes to cancel after the 14 days, they will need to pay for, and the services will continue, until the end of the 12-month period.
