A: Our repair visits are charged at our standard hourly rate, with all callouts subject to an initial one hour charge. Within that time your engineer will diagnose the fault and carry out whatever work can be completed in the visit. If additional time or materials are needed, your engineer will provide a clear quote before anything further is done. Nothing proceeds without your agreement. In some cases a return visit will be needed once parts have been ordered, your engineer will always be upfront about this so you know exactly what to expect and when.
