As we move into 2023 after a busy 2022, our organisation has successfully restructured so we can continue to evolve. After a busy start to the year, we wanted to share with you the full list of services we can support with.

• Installation of gas boilers, oil boiler and heating systems including radiator and underfloor systems

• Installation of renewable heating systems, from air source to ground source projects

• GlowPlus Home Services. Full home-care protection and cover for the home, all year round 365 days of the year. No excess on parts and labour and priority response as standard

• Routine and reactive servicing and maintenance domestically with qualified plumbers and Gas Safe, OFTEC and BPEC heat pump qualified engineers

• Repairs to renewable heating and hot water systems

• The specification and supply of underfloor heating projects on new build and retro fit projects. We are flexible! We provide quotations for design and supply only, labour or a commissioning only service.

• The design and supply of air source heat pump heating systems under our Glow Assured MCS Umbrella. This means we can support self build homeowners and installers to benefit from the £5000 BUS Scheme via our MCS accreditation. This is design and supply only on all aspects of the installation.

• Free of charge local delivery service, supplying materials only

AND COMING THIS SUMMER…

air conditioning installation services!

We now are operating with 15 directly employed members of staff, allowing us to expand and diversify.

I have taken a more administrative position within the business and I am no longer on the tools! I can now project manage technical projects and look at expanding the business into new areas.

We always aim to be as transparent and up front as possible regarding what we are able to support with. We are mindful in utilising the resources we have to ensure we keep the high standards of service that we hold ourselves accountable to.

We can’t wait to continue supporting you with all your heating needs throughout 2023!

Thanks, Jack
