An exciting milestone has been reached for The Glow Group, with 400 customers now signed onto the GlowPlus care plan.

That’s 400 households that can have complete confidence that if anything goes wrong with their heating system, we’ll get it fixed quickly and they won’t have to pay a penny for the callout or repairs.

GlowPlus allows you to have complete peace of mind over your boiler and heating systems, with unlimited 24 hour call outs and no excess cover fees. 

All packages include an annual service, and are completely inclusive of parts and labour costs, meaning there is no need to worry about any unexpected bills!

What is the cost of GlowPlus?

There are a range of GlowPlus cover plans to suit every household; ranging from Bronze, Silver, Gold and Home packages – a breakdown of each can be found here

Prices start from just £18 for the bronze package, and range up to £34 for the home package, depending on the level of cover you desire.

We are able to cover absolutely everything from your central heating, boiler, electrical cover and even home appliances to put your mind at ease. 

Better yet, if you’re a GlowPlus customer, you’ll always be our priority, and every effort will be made to schedule an appointment as fast as possible. 

How does GlowPlus work if I have a problem?

Firstly, you’ll need to let us know if you’ve suffered a problem – if the issue occurs outside of office hours, you can expect a call back within 60 minutes.

You can either call, email or book your appointment online using our dedicated form. We will then send a local, qualified and experienced engineer to your home in order to resolve your issues. 

It’s as simple as that! The cost of your repair and call out is completely covered by us so you can rest assured that any problems will be swiftly rectified, with no unexpected bills.

If you’re not a GlowPlus policy holder, don’t worry – we’re still here for you with the excellent service you expect from our dedicated team.

Which type of cover is best for me? 

Our most popular cover is the GlowPlus Gold package – this includes everything from an annual service, parts and labour to full coverage for your drains, plumbing, central heating and boiler. 

If your boiler suffers a breakdown, it will be repaired completely free of charge, ensuring that you and your family stays safe and warm all year round. 

Each and every package will provide cover for unlimited 24 hour call outs, as well as your annual service and parts and labour costs as standard. 

Even if you’re on a budget, you can relax, knowing you are covered for any unfortunate eventualities!
