Introducing Glow!

Glow Heating Services aims to be the go-to business in Lincolnshire for boiler repair, service and installation. Glow founder and Lincoln-born resident Jack McGovern has over 10 years experience in the heating industry, with 5 of those spent in a managerial capacity at a leading services provider. He decided on the venture after seeing a gap in the market.

Jack commented: “I know what customers want and how to provide a great service. Clear communication with customers is so important and putting them at the forefront of everything we do helps us deliver an unrivalled service at a local level.”

Jack has created a seamless digitalised system, where customers can easily browse a digital calendar and select a convenient date and time for their boiler service or repair.

Jack says: “At Glow we know how precious time is, and we want to make it super easy for you to book appointments so we interfere with your daily life as little as possible. That’s why we have an automated service that is truly digitalised. Of course, we’re always contactable via phone, too.”

Passion and business acumen has delivered for Glow and they’re looking for an apprentice to help deliver the same passion and enthusiasm to even more Glow customers.

Jack comments: “I’m driven and I always put my heart into everything I do, whether that’s on the football pitch or servicing boilers. And I want to see that same enthusiasm in my apprentice.”

Jack is keen to see applications from both male and female candidates. So if you want to kick-start your career in the heating industry, send your CV to admin@glowgasservices.co.uk
